  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
          1.  Strike Senate Conservation Committee Amendment 6.
  
          2.  On page 2, line 4, after "goats" insert "or their
  products".
  
          3.  On page 7, line 15, strike "three" and insert in lieu
