0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR PROGRAM OPERATIONS OF A VIDEO

0012|     THERAPY VIOLENCE PREVENTION INITIATIVE IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for
    |
0018|     the purpose of operating a video therapy violence prevention
    |
0019|     initiative in Santa Fe county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0020|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert
    |
0021|     to the general fund.
