APPROPRIATION.--Thirty thousand dollars | 0016| ($30,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local | 0017| government division of the department of finance and | 0018| administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the | 0019| purpose of funding a recreation program for the village of | 0020| Tularosa in Otero county.
