0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO FOR THE

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of
    |
0017|     regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in
    |
0018|     fiscal year 1998 for the center for service learning.  Any
    |
0019|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0020|     fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
