  thereof "AN ANALYSIS".
  
      2.  On page 1, line 16, strike "STUDY" and insert in lieu
  thereof "ANALYSIS".
  
      3.  On page 1, line 17, strike "conduct" and insert in lieu
  thereof "contract for".
  
      4.  On page 1, line 17, strike "study" and insert in lieu
  thereof "analysis".
  
      5.  On page 1, line 18, strike "study" and insert in lieu
  thereof "analysis". 
  
      6.  On page 1, line 22, strike "study" and insert in lieu
  thereof "analysis".
  
      7.  On page 1, line 24, after "and" insert "infrastructure".
  
      8.  On page 1, strike line 25 and on page 2, strike "public
  school capital outlay needs".
  
      9.  On page 2, line 4, after "report" insert ", including
  recommendations,".
  
      10.  On page 2, lines 5 and 6, strike "Five hundred thousand
  dollars ($500,000)" and insert "Four hundred thousand dollars
  ($400,000)".
  
  
  
  
      11.  On page 2, line 8, strike "conducting a study" and insert
  in lieu thereof "contracting for an analysis".,
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
