                           SENATE BILL 19
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follow,
  
      1.  On page 1, lines 15 and 16, strike "Two hundred fifty
  thousand dollars ($250,000)" and insert "Three hundred forty
  thousand dollars ($340,000)".,
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
