APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars | 0016| ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board | 0017| of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in | 0018| fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of providing resources for the | 0019| school of law library.
