0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY AT

0012|     BERNALILLO HIGH SCHOOL IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state
    |
0017|     department of public education for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0018|     1998 for the purpose of acquisition and installation of
    |
0019|     educational technology at Bernalillo high school in Sandoval
    |
0020|     county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0021|     the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
