       Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom
  has been referred
  
                       HOUSE BILL 1056
                               
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 1, line 25, after "membership" insert "pursuant to
  the court judgments entered".
  
       2.  On page 2, line 6, after "withdrawn" insert ", including
  any interest".
  
       3.  On page 2, line 8, after the period strike the remainder
  of the line, strike all of line 9 and strike all of line 10 through
  the period.
