0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO CONDUCT A WATER RESOURCES STUDY AT

0012|     THE PUEBLO OF SANDIA.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred seventy-five
    |
0016|     thousand dollars ($175,000) is appropriated from the general
    |
0017|     fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure
    |
0018|     in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of conducting a study of
    |
0019|     the water resources of the pueblo of Sandia located in Sandoval
    |
0020|     county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0021|     the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
