On page 7, between lines 12 and 13, insert the following new section: "Section 4. EXEMPTION FROM ACT.--The Assistive Device Lemon Law does not apply to an assistive device that has been provided to a person free of charge or to a person when he provides an assistive device to a person free of charge.". 2. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
