0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE CRYSTAL CHAPTER SENIOR CITIZEN

0012|     CENTER IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Thirteen thousand six hundred
    |
0016|     dollars ($13,600) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     state agency on aging for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for
    |
0018|     the purpose of hiring personnel who will work with home
    |
0019|     delivery clients on meal preparation and delivery and perform
    |
0020|     general office duties at the Crystal chapter senior citizen
    |
0021|     center.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0022|     the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
