BACKGROUND CHECKS--EMPLOYEES.-- A. After the effective date of the Educator Background Check Act, a certified employee shall submit to a criminal background check as set out in Section 3 of the Educator Background Check Act at the next renewal of his certification and then every nine years thereafter; B.
