0016| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0017| Section 1. SEVERANCE TAX BONDS--DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND

0018| ADMINISTRATION--EXTENDING EXPENDITURE PERIOD--APPROPRIATION.--
|
0019| The period of time for expenditure of severance tax bonds
|
0020| appropriated to the local government division of the department
|
0021| of finance and administration to construct a year-round
|
0022| multipurpose community activity park and education camp in
|
0023| Chaparral located in Dona Ana county pursuant to Subsections II
|
0024| and GGGGG of Section 9 of Chapter 148 of Laws 1994 is extended
|
0025| through fiscal year 2001. Any unexpended or unencumbered
|
0001| balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert
|
0002| to the severance tax bonding fund.
