On page 2, strike line 25 in its entirety and on page 3, strike lines 1 through 4 in their entirety. 3. Reletter the following subsection accordingly. 4. On page 3, line 25, before "the district" insert "students in". 5. On page 4, line 4, before "the district" insert "students in"., and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
