APPROPRIATION--CLOVIS COMMUNITY COLLEGE-- | 0019| TELEVISION EDUCATION.--Two hundred forty-three thousand dollars | 0020| ($243,000) is appropriated from the general fund for | 0021| expenditure in fiscal years 1997 and 1998 to the board for | 0022| trustees of the Clovis community college for the purpose of | 0023| making improvements to and expanding the television education | 0024| system at the Clovis community college located in Curry county. | 0025| Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of | 0001| fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund. | 0002| Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public | 0003| peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately. | 0004|  |
