APPROPRIATION.--Eight hundred thousand dollars | 0019| ($800,000) is appropriated from the public school capital | 0020| outlay fund to the state department of public education for | 0021| expenditure in fiscal years 1997 and 1998 for the purpose of | 0022| completing phases one and two of the proposed lecture hall, | 0023| music classroom and media center project for the Mesa Vista | 0024| consolidated school district. Any unexpended or unencumbered | 0025| balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert | 0001| to the public school capital outlay fund. | 0002| Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public | 0003| peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately. | 0004|  |
