0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR UPDATING THE MORA COUNTY

0012|     COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Forty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($40,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0017|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0018|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0019|     purpose of updating the Mora county comprehensive land use
    |
0020|     plan.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balanced remaining at the
    |
0021|     end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
