0013|     RELATING TO FOOD PRODUCTS; PROVIDING FOR DONATION OF GAME MEAT.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  DONATED GAME MEAT PRODUCTS.--
    |
0017|               A.  Wild game meat products may be donated by
    |
0018|     hunters, taken to a commercial meat processor for preparation
    |
0019|     and delivery to charitable, religious or other nonprofit
    |
0020|     organizations and served for human consumption at no charge if
    |
0021|     transported, stored and processed according to procedures
    |
0022|     established by the department of environment.
    |
0023|               B.  For purposes of this section, "wild game" means
    |
0024|     deer, elk, antelope, caribou, ibex, oryx and Barbary sheep.
