       Your AGRICULTURE AND WATER RESOURCES COMMITTEE,
  to whom has been referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 438
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 1, line 11, strike "REGIONAL WATER" and insert in
  lieu thereof "WATER AND WASTEWATER".
  
       2.  On page 1, line 16 and 17, strike "Twenty-five thousand
  dollars ($25,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Fifty thousand
  dollars ($50,000)".
  
       3.  On page 1, line 19, strike "regional water" and insert in
  lieu thereof "water and wastewater".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
