On page 1, lines 15 and 16, strike "Five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Four hundred seventy five thousand dollars ($475,000)". 2. On page 1, line 21, after the period insert: "The appropriation is contingent upon equipment donations by industry valued at one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) and upon the development of a plan by the manufacturing training and technology center that includes training of statewide community college semiconductor manufacturing technicians pursuant to a recent memorandum of understanding between the university of New Mexico and the Albuquerque technical-vocational institute."., and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
