0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC

0012|     EDUCATION FOR A SUCCESS FOR ALL PROGRAM IN THE SANTA FE SCHOOL

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Four hundred thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($400,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state
    |
0018|     department of public education for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0019|     1998 for personnel, training and materials for a success for
    |
0020|     all program to reduce the dropout rate in the Santa Fe school
    |
0021|     district.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0022|     the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
