  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 1, line 23, strike "eight" and insert in lieu
  thereof, "ten".
  
      2.  On page 1, line 24, strike "four" in both places and insert
  in each place in lieu thereof, "five".,
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
