0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR TOURISM DEVELOPMENT PLANNING AND

0012|     FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS FOR THE NEW MEXICO CHAPTERS OF THE NAVAJO

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New
    |
0018|     Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0019|     1998 for the purpose of completing tourism development planning
    |
0020|     and feasibility studies for the New Mexico chapters of the
    |
0021|     Navajo nation.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0022|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the
    |
0023|     general fund.
