0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR ADDITIONAL MAGISTRATE COURT CLERKS

0012|     IN LOS LUNAS.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Eighty-three thousand seven
    |
0016|     hundred fifty dollars ($83,750) is appropriated from the
    |
0017|     general fund to the administrative office of the courts for
    |
0018|     expenditure in fiscal year 1998 to provide two and one-half
    |
0019|     full-time equivalent magistrate clerk positions for the
    |
0020|     magistrate court in Los Lunas, including salaries, benefits,
    |
0021|     equipment, furniture and supplies.  Any unexpended or
    |
0022|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998
    |
0023|     shall revert to the general fund.
