                        HOUSE BILL 272
                               
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.   On page 1, lines 14 and 15, strike "Eight hundred fifty
  thousand dollars ($850,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "One hundred
  fifty thousand dollars ($150,000)".
