0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  CERTIFICATION OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE 
    |
0016|     COUNSELORS.--No person shall use the title of domestic violence
    |
0017|     counselor or represent himself to be a domestic violence
    |
0018|     counselor unless he is certified as a domestic violence
    |
0019|     counselor by a recognized statewide domestic violence
    |
0020|     organization having expertise in that area for at least a ten-
    |
0021|     year period.
