SEVERANCE TAX BONDS--NEW MEXICO OFFICE OF | 0017| INDIAN AFFAIRS--CHANGE IN PURPOSE--APPROPRIATION.--The balance | 0018| of severance tax bonds appropriated to the New Mexico office of | 0019| Indian affairs pursuant to Subsection B of Section 9 of Chapter | 0020| 4 of Laws 1996 (1st S.S.) for the purpose of planning, | 0021| designing or constructing a group home for disabled senior | 0022| citizens at Tohatchi located in McKinley county shall not be | 0023| expended for its original purpose but is reauthorized and | 0024| appropriated to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for the | 0025| purpose of planning, designing or constructing a group home for | 0001| disabled citizens at Tohatchi located in McKinley county. | 0002| Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public | 0003| peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately. | 0004|  |
