  Mr. President:
  
      Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                     HOUSE BILL 211, as amended
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 2, line 19, strike "in violation of" and insert in
  lieu thereof "who knowingly violates".
  
      2.  On page 2, line 20, after "court" insert ", except that
  mutual violations of such orders may constitute a defense to
  aggravated stalking".
