On page 1, line 11, after "SUCCESSOR" insert "TO A". 2. On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN EXISTING FRANCHISE AGREEMENT" and insert in lieu thereof "TO PROVIDE THE SAME BRANDS OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO A WHOLESALER". 3. On page 2, strike lines 20 through 25 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new subsection: "D. A successor to a supplier shall be bound to provide the same brands of alcoholic beverages to the same wholesaler who had those brands in this state.""., and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
