0012|     COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT TO PROVIDE STAFF SUPPORT TO AND

0013|     CONTINUE THE WORK OF THE DWI PROCESS AND DATA STANDARDS

0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0017|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars
    |
0018|     ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office
    |
0019|     on information and communication management for expenditure in
    |
0020|     fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of providing staff support to
    |
0021|     and continuing the work of the DWI process and data standards
    |
0022|     committee.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0023|     the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
    |
0024|          Section 2.  EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the
    |
0025|     provisions of this act is July 1, 1997.
