  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 26, line 5, strike "sixteen" and insert in lieu
  thereof, "eighteen".
  
      2.  On page 40, line 24, strike "thirty" and insert in lieu
  thereof "fifteen".
