0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR SERVICES FOR CERTAIN BRAIN-INJURED

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Six hundred thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($600,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for
    |
0018|     the purpose of providing case management, life skills and
    |
0019|     attendant- care services for brain-injured persons in any class
    |
0020|     A county with a population of more than four hundred thousand
    |
0021|     persons.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0022|     the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
