0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL SERVICE TO

0012|     INSTALL, ADVERTISE AND OPERATE A TOLL-FREE TELEPHONE LINE

0013|     DURING THE SECOND SESSION OF THE FORTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Sixty-seven thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($67,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     legislative council service for expenditure in fiscal year 1998
    |
0019|     for the purpose of installing, advertising and operating a
    |
0020|     toll-free telephone line during the second session of the
    |
0021|     forty-third legislature.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0022|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert
    |
0023|     to the general fund.
