It is proposed to amend the constitution of New | 0018| Mexico by adding a new section to read: | 0019| "A registered qualified elector may vote in a primary | 0020| election for a candidate of a party different from the party | 0021| designation shown on the registered qualified elector's | 0022| certificate of voter registration." | 0023| Section 2.
