APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars | 0019| ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0020| administrative office of the courts for expenditure in fiscal | 0021| year 1996 and one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars | 0022| ($125,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0023| administrative office of the courts for expenditure in fiscal | 0024| year 1997 for the purpose of contracting for services | 0025| establishing a pilot program in Bernalillo, Sandoval and | 0001| Valencia counties offering a neutral point for the exchange of | 0002| children between parents to facilitate visitation privileges | 0003| while allowing minimal contact between parents. Any unexpended | 0004| or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 | 0005| shall revert to the general fund. | 0006| Section 2.
