0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the labor
    |
0018|     department for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 to contract for a
    |
0019|     traditional skills and crafts training program based in Dona Ana
    |
0020|     village for at-risk youth.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0021|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to
    |
0022|     the general fund.
