    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                          SENATE BILL 42
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
    1.  On page 1, strike lines 17 and 18, and insert in lieu
  thereof:
    "Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Six hundred thirty-one thousand
  nine hundred dollars ($631,900) is appropriated from".
  
    2.  On page 1, line 23, after the word "for" insert the words
  "at risk, low income",
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
