GENERAL FUND--DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT--EXPANDING PURPOSE--APPROPRIATION.--The balance of the proceeds | 0019| from the appropriation to the department of environment pursuant | 0020| to Subsection QQQQQ of Section 6 of Chapter 147 of Laws 1994 for | 0021| sewer improvements to tie the area of Alamo lane, camino de los | 0022| Lopez and Agua Fria street to the Santa Fe river sewer trunk | 0023| line in Santa Fe county is expanded to include a feasibility | 0024| study, engineering design or construction of the project and is | 0025| appropriated for that expanded purpose. The period of time for | 0001| expenditure of the appropriation shall be extended through | 0002| fiscal year 1998.
