0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT IN THE DURANES

0013|     NEIGHBORHOOD IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--
    |
0017|            A.  One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is
    |
0018|     appropriated from the general fund to the following agencies in
    |
0019|     the following amounts for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for
    |
0020|     the following purposes:
    |
0021|                 (1)  seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to
    |
0022|     the state department of public education for purchasing
    |
0023|     educational computer systems for the Duranes elementary school
    |
0024|     in Bernalillo county; and
    |
0025|                 (2)  seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to
    |
0001|     the local government division of the department of finance and
    |
0002|     administration for purchasing educational computer systems for
    |
0003|     Los Duranes community center in Bernalillo county.
    |
0004|            B.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining
    |
0005|     at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
