APPROPRIATION.--Sixty-five thousand dollars | 0018| ($65,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the ninth and | 0019| tenth judicial districts in Curry, Roosevelt and Quay counties | 0020| for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the purpose of providing | 0021| both districts with a special commissioner and child support | 0022| hearing officer.
