On page 1, line 13, after "FAIR" insert "; PROVIDING LEGISLATIVE APPROVAL FOR CERTAIN STATE FAIR BOND PROJECTS". 2. On page 1, line 24, after "commission" insert "based on capital improvement projects approved by the legislature". 3. On page 2, between lines 12 and 13, insert the following: "Section 2. STATE FAIR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS--APPROVAL FOR BONDS.--The New Mexico state fair may issue bonds pursuant to Section 16-6-16 NMSA 1978 for the following projects: A. planning, designing, constructing, equipping and furnishing restrooms and dressing rooms and for other necessary renovations at the Indian village and planning, designing, constructing and equipping renovations at the Indian building of fine arts and removing architectural barriers in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 at the Indian building of fine arts and other exhibition and performance-related facilities; and B. reroofing, renovating and making other capital improvements at Tingley coliseum.".
