0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR IN-PLANT DEVELOPMENT TRAINING

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Six million five hundred
    |
0017|     thousand dollars ($6,500,000) is appropriated from the general
    |
0018|     fund to the development training fund for expenditure in fiscal
    |
0019|     year 1997 for in-plant training programs conducted pursuant to
    |
0020|     Section 21-19-7 NMSA 1978.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0021|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall not
    |
0022|     revert to the general fund.
