REPEAL.--Sections 13-4-10 through 13-4-17 NMSA | 0016| 1978 (being Laws 1963, Chapter 304, Section 1, Laws 1965, | 0017| Chapter 35, Sections 1 through 4, Laws 1963, Chapter 304, | 0018| Section 5 and Laws 1937, Chapter 179, Sections 4 and 5, as | 0019| amended) are repealed. | 0020| Section 2. SAVING CLAUSE.--The provisions of this act | 0021| apply to contracts entered into on or after the effective date | 0022| of this act and shall not affect any contract entered into | 0023| pursuant to the Public Works Minimum Wage Act prior to the | 0024| effective date of this act. | 0025| Section 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the | 0001| provisions of this act is July 1, 1996. |
