APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thirty thousand | 0020| dollars ($330,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0021| local government division of the department of finance and | 0022| administration for expenditure in fiscal years 1996 and 1997 for | 0023| the purpose of contracting for design, development, expansion | 0024| and improvements to recreational facilities, including purchase | 0025| of equipment and open space at Pat Hurley community center and | 0001| park in Albuquerque located in Bernalillo county. Any | 0002| unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of | 0003| fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund. | 0004| Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public | 0005| peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately. | 0006|  |
