0012|     MAKING APPROPRIATIONS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO PROVIDE OR

0013|     CONTRACT FOR PROGRAMS AND SERVICES FOR PERSONS WITH BRAIN

0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0017|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATIONS.--
    |
0018|            A.  Five hundred seventy thousand dollars ($570,000)
    |
0019|     is appropriated from the general fund to the department of
    |
0020|     health for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 to provide or
    |
0021|     contract for programs and services for persons with brain
    |
0022|     injuries in the following amounts for the following purposes:
    |
0023|                 (1)  four hundred thirty-five thousand dollars
    |
0024|     ($435,000) for case management services; and
    |
0025|                 (2)  one hundred thirty-five thousand dollars
    |
0001|     ($135,000) for a life skills training program and services.
    |
0002|            B.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining
    |
0003|     at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
