     Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom
  has been referred
  
                         HOUSE BILL 104
                                 
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
     
     1.  On page 1, strike lines 17 and 18 and insert in lieu
  thereof:
          
          "Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Six hundred thirty-one
  thousand nine hundred dollars ($631,900) is appropriated from".
  
     2.  On page 1, lines 20 and 21, strike "providing or" and
  insert in lieu thereof "with community providers".
  
     3.  On page 1, line 23, between the words "for" and "children"
  insert "at-risk low-income".,  
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
