0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO CONTRACT FOR WOMEN'S VOCATIONAL

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0018|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0019|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the
    |
0020|     purpose of contracting for services with Dona Ana county for an
    |
0021|     array of vocational rehabilitation services for women, including
    |
0022|     counseling, in Dona Ana county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0023|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to
    |
0024|     the general fund.
