0012|     RELATING TO CAPITAL EXPENDITURES; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR

0013|     DEVELOPMENT AND INSTALLATION OF AN EIGHT-FIELD LITTLE LEAGUE

0014|     COMPLEX IN EASTDALE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY; DECLARING AN

0015|     EMERGENCY.

0017|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0018|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars
    |
0019|     ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0020|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0021|     administration for expenditure in fiscal years 1996 and 1997 for
    |
0022|     the purpose of developing and installing an eight-field little
    |
0023|     league complex, including concession facilities, bleacher
    |
0024|     seating, domestic and irrigation water systems and appropriate
    |
0025|     field surface cover in Eastdale in Bernalillo county.  Any
    |
0001|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0002|     fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
    |
0003|       Section 2.  EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public
    |
0004|     peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.
