     Your HOUSE TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom
  has been referred
  
                         HOUSE BILL 47
                                 
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
     1.   On page 8, line 13, after the word "transported" strike
  the remainder of the line and all of lines 14 and 15 and insert in
  lieu thereof "off the reservation or pueblo grant by any means other
  than in the supply tank of a motor vehicle or by pipeline.".
  
     2.   On page 8, line 21, after the word "transported" strike
  the remainder of the line and all of line 22 and insert in lieu
  thereof "off the reservation or pueblo grant by any means other than
  in the supply tank of a motor vehicle or by pipeline.".
  
     3.   On page 23, line 14, after the word "transported" strike
  the remainder of the line and all of line 15 and insert in lieu
  thereof "off the reservation or pueblo grant by any means other than
  in the supply tank of a motor vehicle or by pipeline.".
  
     4.   On page 23, line 21, after the word "transported" strike
  the remainder of the line and all of lines 22 and 23 and insert in
  lieu thereof "off the reservation or pueblo grant by any means other
  than in the supply tank of a motor vehicle or by pipeline.".
